New survey reveals IT and OT security professionals’ shifting concerns, attitudes, and experience during COVID-19 pandemic.
Industrial cybersecurity company Claroty has released a survey report The Critical Convergence of IT and OT Security in a Global Crisis on how the experiences and attitudes of IT and OT (operational technology) security professionals have shifted since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
This global, independent survey of 1,100 full-time IT and OT security professionals includes respondents in Asia.
OT includes the hardware and software for control systems in manufacturing plants, power generators and distribution networks, and underpins any industrial environment. As OT systems are now increasingly interconnected with IT, securing their networks is crucial, especially in uncertain times.
